Regular Sessions
These are sessions of one hour in which we tackle one theme, perspective or issue. You will walk away with clarity, equipped with a new technique, several next steps and some homework to do before the next session. What works best is to have the first two sessions one week apart and then move on to bi-weekly sessions. The amount of sessions is your choice. Generally, between 4-6 sessions secures a significant shift depending on your level of involvement.
